Hello family and friends! It's Friday morning, November 14 here in China. Today is our last day in Zhengzhou. We fly out tonight to Guangzhou, which is a major city in southeast China (close to Hong Kong) where the American Consulate is located. All China adoptions go through this Consulate for US visa to come home to America. We will be in Guangzhou for 8 nights, departing for home on November 22nd. So new city, new hotel, new buffet! I told Keyanna this morning, "Maybe the new hotel will have more American breakfast food, like French toast!" :)
For the last 2 days, since our whirlwind day of the epic traffic jam, we have been taking it easy. All we have done in the past two days is go to 2 different parks and to Walmart! Here is the last two days, in pictures.

| First pic of the day. So far we are blessed with a good sleeper. 10 hours without a peep. |
| Using technology to communicate with friends and family back home. Thankful to have wifi in our hotel room. |
| She loves seeing and talking with friends and family through Facetime! |
| Thanks everyone for singing to her! It really makes her smile! |
| She now knows that all the happy people are inside mommy's phone. |
| So she grabs for my phone looking to see "Where are those happy people?" |
| Nap time for sweet baby. Thankful God gives her this peace to sleep! |
| Walking through our first Zhengzhou park |
| Our guide, Emma said many older people come to park to do all sorts of activities. |
| Adjusting the hat so she can see again. She is not a happy girl. The park was a little much for her. |
| Arayla gets tired or frustrated with walking, but she doesn't want to be held either. We want to try a stroller. |
| Daddy's sore back will be thankful for a stroller. |
| Paddle boats are an option on this lake in the park. |
| The architecture and the bridge are so beautifully designed. Some men are fishing. |
| There is something for the young and old. The young generation come here to roller skate. |
| God let your light shine down! |
| His light will shine through in even the darkest of places! |
| Daddy, or "Yah Yah" as Arayla calls him, needed a break. She did not like being held here. |
| Sometimes, even though she is fussing at us, she holds our neck or face as if to say "you are not getting away." The marble mosaic wall was neat. |
| This man is playing his flute in the corner of the park by himself. We could hear or see all over the park ladies singing and dancing and men playing musical instruments. Opera seems to be the popular thing to sing. According to Emma, because the Chinese words don't fit with the music they are just making noises. It's impossible to understand what they are singing about. |
| Sun is setting on this day. |
| This is going to be Troy pulling me in the trailer one day. What a nice way to ride in the park! |

This day was another "take it easy" day. Only thing we wanted to do was try to buy a stroller and see if Arayla likes it better than being carried, because we certainly would like it. She is heavy!
| Yah Yah did you see that scooter? Watch out! |
| Going up the stairs the ceiling is so low Arayla can touch it with Yah Yah's help. |
| Thomas and Gilian playing in the hall. They are our nice neighbors, another adoptive family. Gilian is the boy they adopted this time, and they adopted Thomas several years ago. We borrowed Gilian's stroller and found out Arayla loves to stroll. Kate, the big sister, said to buy the pink one for her at Walmart. |
| Here we are at Chinese Walmart. |
| Up the escalator ramp |
| Fresh Eel anyone? |
| Or Grouper? |
| A little fishy in here! |
| Fresh Shrimp! Yum. |
| Nice! Pepper and Chicken flavor! funny they put an American woman on the package. |
| Snack time by the candy! Oh boy! Whatcha going to buy me Yah yah? |
| Love my Yah Yah |
| Angry birds apple sauce |
| More crazy chip flavors. "Wildly Grilled Rib" flavor. |
| Oh, Yah Yah! Mama is not going to let you get all those chips! |
| This looks like a sandbox, but it is rice by the pound! Fill up a bag and take it with you! |
| Buy any of these and put them in your tea for better health! I love the smell of the dried lemon. |
| All 4 wheels swivel on the shopping so it easily goes backwards or forwards or sideways! This cart is awesome! |
| Purple or red potatoes! Or FAT bright orange carrots! |
| Puppet show time! |
| Ok, Not as good as this cookie Yah Yah! |
| Almost Christmas time!!!! |
| Woah! Christmas tees! |
| Huh what is this? Shrimp? |
| Yep tiny Shrimp things. And lots of them! |
| Chicken anyone! |
| This one's for Grandpa Atwood. How about a chicken foot? |
| Pig feet? or bacon? It's very fresh! |
| Digestive Wheat cookies anyone? |
| Up the escalator to the 2nd floor. Let's find that pink stroller! |
| Look, Mama, no hands. Yeah, I'm not impressed . |
| Our Walmart haul. JUNK FOOD!! Yay!! |
| Of course the pink stroller would say Angel! God gives us another sign that Arayla is His angel. It was only about 16 US dollars. Nice!! |
| Daddy is so talented! |
| He loves her so much. She doesn't know it yet, but she's learning. |
| Zhengzhou Park #2 |
| It's gorgeous! |
| Beautiful ladies dancing in this park. |
| What is that? Keyanna dancing? |
| Yep that's her! Just a little behind. Everyone's leg is forward while hers is still back. |
| That was fun! |
| His rays of love are shining all over this trip. |
| Ping Pong! Pretty sure she is beating him! |
| Beautiful sunshine in the trees! |
| Quick pic with Mama and Arayla. She did not want to stop for long. Let's go! |
| Always so happy and just along for the ride, as long as the ride is moving! |
| Colorful paddle boats |
| Beautiful Ginkgo trees |
| Keyanna heard children singing and she could not resist going to see them. It was a little school just outside the park. |
| Very old and beautiful sycamore trees. |
| Wink! I love my stoller. |
| River at the park |
| Under the willow trees |
| Tree man |
| There were thousands of clover in this small area. Our guide did not believe there were any 4 leaf clover in China. She had never seen one and thought they were a myth! |
| So Troy found one for her. She couldn't believe it. |
| Neat building in the park. |
| Dragon |
| Another pic of the school children |
| Dancing in the park |
| Another dragon |
| Mums and a bee. |
| Man selling balloons |
| LUNCH |
| It was pretty good! |
| Laughing at friends who sent us a video message |
| She loves to laugh |
| Mama singing "Bringing home my baby bumblebee" |
| We wonder how much singing and music she has heard in her life to this point. |
| She sure does love it! |
| Such a good Mama! |
| Bye bye. See you in Guangzhou! Until next time... Love y'all! |
I love all of these sweet pictures. It amazes me that we were in so many of those SAME places. We went to the first park you posted pictures of most days (somehow we missed the 2nd park you posted pictures of). We were at that same Wal-Mart - that's an adventure. I can't wait to see you all when you return home
